This is a key role to help define the future of an exciting start up business in the mobile advertising space. Our Client is looking to open offices in San Francisco or LA and New York, therefore you will play a significant role in defining the company’s strategy and growth plans over the next few years. Our client already has established offices and is well revered in the UK and Europe. They are looking for somebody with an entrepreneurial flare and a passion for new business opportunities in an evolving market. They now want to stamp their footprint and become a globally respected mobile ad network business.
Our Client is open-minded to the initial location of the position. There may be the opportunity to work remotely at first with a future plan to open offices on the East and West coasts of the US.
Responsibilities
A key responsibility includes individuals having full P&L responsibility for the business in the US.
The position requires candidates to manage and develop a team of talented professionals.
You will be working with the CEO to generate business strategies and deliver on set aims.
Responsible for maintaining and expanding the mobile ad networks status as market leader.
You will be driving direct sales between agencies and clients.
You will be nurturing and augmenting publisher relationships and premium content inventory.
Skills and qualifications required
Candidates must be real mobile zealots with a core passion for the mobile advertising sector.
Must have experience of P&L.
It is essential candidates are well connected across the US agency networks.
Ideally candidates will possess experience in managing and developing sales teams in the mobile digital advertising sector, although experience just in the digital advertising sector is satisfactory.
You must be able to evidence an exceptional sales record in the digital advertising sector with success in mobile.
An ideal candidate will have had previous commercial success in a start-up setting.
