The Role

 

The focus here is on leading the content strategy and content roadmap for key client portals both online and mobile and working with technical and content partners to ensure those portals are the best in class.  We want you to be a creative force within the company pushing technology to produce exceptional engaging and interactive campaigns

 

Principal Responsibilities

 

Client Portals, Applications and Services

  • Responsible for management of key client portals
  • Work with clients to plan the management of their online and mobile portals
  • Responsible for user experience,  user interface and the customer journey

 

Content, Promotions and Campaigns

  • Liaise with content providers for new releases and release schedules
  • Identify, plan and execute promotional campaign schedules
  • Secure prizes/incentives and added value from content partners to support promotions
  • Manage and coordinate the production of campaign creative copy and activities  including wireframes, storyboards, microsites, asset and banner development to meet campaign deadlines and objectives
  • Manage internal and external resources to implement promotion and category changes on the CMS to meet campaign deadlines and objectives.
  • Report, analyze and present sales statistics on a weekly and monthly basis to management team and clients and adapt retail offering accordingly

  • Expected to build upon existing processes them to integrate changes in the business to ensure team KPI’s are achieved and exceeded
  • Support Senior Account Manager in governance service review sessions with key clients

Experience Required

 

  • Proven experience in a fast paced digital retailing/e-commerce environment
  • Good knowledge of analytic products, excel and reporting
  • Good knowledge of SEO and SEM and social marketing products
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of content management systems and mobile products
  • Able to converse commercially with clients and suppliers
  • Good understanding of promotion and campaign metrics
  • Project / account management background
