This role unifies sales, product innovation and technical delivery in order to create compelling loyalty products and propositions. It is a vital role in supporting the sales team and maintaining the growth of our Client’s business, by answering RFP’s and pitching for their products.
Responsibilities
Advance and grow our client’s existing loyalty propositions models.
You will be required to support the sales team in:
preparing all necessary material for customization of the propositions to clients.
meetings as the expert in loyalty programs.
Candidates need to be able to present loyalty solutions to CMO and Directors etc.
You will be responsible for the organization of workshops with clients with the aim of gaining a greater understanding of their requirements, in order to produce proposals with the most optimal impact. As well as creating workshops for clients that fine tunes a product to launch.
Work alongside the Analyst and Sales teams to customize Financial commercials for the clients you work for.
You need to be able to define KPI’s and SLA’s for the proposition.
The position will include coordinating all communication with the client as well as chairing regular contact with the clients in order to communicate the progress of projects and resolve concerns clients may convey.
Your position will manage the delivery of the proposition to the point when it becomes the Account Manager’s responsibility.
You will represent and express the client’s requirements to internal teams within the Company.
You must provide weekly updates to management.
With the support of the Technical and Sales teams you will respond to RFP’s.
Skills and qualifications required
Candidates require strong leadership skills in order to manage and develop business relationships.
Previous experience in sales, marketing and loyalty is essential as well as a background in mobile operating.
Applicants should be able to crisis manage in order to deal with potential challenges.
Potential candidates must understand the function of loyalty programs.
Must understand business modelling, for example, Excel.
Be adept at using Powerpoint.
Requires a strong numerate background to support the areas of business modelling, commercial discussions and presenting analysis.
The position requires the candidate to have a confident and clear communication and presentation style.
The candidate needs to have a range of skills to be able to produce comprehensive business models as well as simplify technical concepts to non-technical customers and nurture strong relationships at all levels.
Must understand product management and be able to create comprehensive business models.
It is integral candidates be able to speak the local language as well as be fluent in English.
